June Book Club Meeting: Song of Achilles

Dear Ganymedians,

Last month, the bookclub picked its last read for the year. Since it's the last book (for now), we decided to have a little bit of fun with a theme again, and so, the Battle of the Runner-Ups came to exist! For a week, people were able to vote for their fave that just hadn't made it in previous polls, and do we have a doozy for you: our June read will be our absolute trooper The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller!

Lieve Ganymedianen,

Vorige maand heeft de boekenclub voor het allerlaatste boek van dit (bestuurs)jaar gekozen. Omdat het het laatste boek is (voor nu), leek het ons een leuk om er een themaatje aan vast de maken: the Battle of the Runner-ups! Een week lang kon men voor hun favourite boek kiezen die het tijdens een andere poll net niet geworden was, en daaruit kwam een leuk resultaat voor ons juni boek: The Song of Achilles van Madeline Miller heeft eindelijk een keer gewonnen!
