Roshanak Morrowatian, the choreographer of the new House of Strength performance at the Grand Theatre, is inviting Ganymedes for a look Behind the Scenes on Saturday, April 13th at 13:00.

In House of Strength, five female, male, and queer performers take the stage. They transform a gymnastic, one-sided tradition into an exhilarating physical expression of inclusive contemporary dance. In harmony, the dancers encourage each other to embrace their identities while simultaneously celebrating the power of the collective. It is a spiritual, physical, and musical performance celebrating the versatility of humanity. The choreographer transforms an ancient ritual originating from Persia into a contemporary inclusive dance that honours the strength of the collective.
